We believe that every company or organizational structure is set up like a human body. It has the Executive Branch, which is the head of a body.
This is where most of the thoughts, visions, and ideas begin. It contains the leadership team - I would consider this to be the body. This is the location of the main organs, which keeps life flowing to the entire organization.
Finally, there are the staff and employees. I use the foot as a representation of this tier. Although it may be viewed as something small on the bottom, it is the very thing that holds the body up and takes it to its destination!
Your vision has to be very clear at this level! The flow of communication starts here so everyone must be in unity with one mind and one accord. Most people think they have to agree here. We believe that it’s possible to not completely agree with each other, but you must be on one accord.
This Training will be focused on your Executive Team. This will include CEO, COO, CFO, Executive Director and any Board Members or Executive officers that your company has deemed to be a part of the Executive Team. We will deal with vision planning, goal setting, and assessments of the validity of your expectations.
The strength of unity is immeasurable! Coming up with a very effective process on how to get Executive Team members to be unified is what we do best!!
This is also where the employees obtain their impression of the vision, mission, and character of the Executive Team. Employees normally follow what is being done more than what is being said. Management should not expect for subordinates to abide by a standard that they themselves do not measure up to. When leadership is weak, the team will be weak. When leadership is noncompliant then the entire team usually is noncompliant. So everyone here has to make sure they lead by example!
This Training is geared towards all of your management teams. This will include general managers, department managers, team leads, supervisors, and any other staff that is over a group of employees. We will teach them how imperative it is to make sure they effectively listen to the Executive Team and communicate to staff. This tier is the channel in which communication flows through, so there must be a great conduit of information shared.
This training is for all general employees and staff. Although the foot is the bottom, it holds the company up. We understand from years of experience that without great staff you cannot have a great company. One of the reasons staff are not performing as great as they can, is because of their perception of the company. If they do not see a structured quality company then they will not strive to be a structured quality employee. The other reason is how they view themselves in the company. Creating a great working environment with a safe space to communicate concerns is a prerequisite to making an employee feel valued in the company.
Our approach will have your employees feel such value and appreciation, that they should be willing to be committed regardless of the pay. They also are the face of the company to your customers and clients. The number one reason companies lose business is because of poor employees. Whether it is lack of production to meet the demand or the attitude of an employee. Businesses lack success because of a lack of quality employees!
